Reservation and Confirmation
We kindly ask you to use the reservation form to make a reservation. You will get a written confirmation by e-mail. Your reservation by form is definite and our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply immediately. From our side we hold your reservation optionally until we receive your payment. On receipt of your payment your booking will become binding for us as well. At the same time you will get a final confirmation.


Payment
Within 10 days of a reservation the payment of the total reservation amount has to be paid. If your arrival date lies within these 10 days, the payment has to be paid immediately. There are two different ways to pay. You can use your credit card to pay over PayPal.com or make a payment to our bank account in Switzerland. Making the payment indicates you agree with our terms and conditions.

Important advice: In Colombia the credit card fee for any payment is normally 8%. In Providencia there is one ATM at the bank „Banco de Bogotá“ and one at the bank „Banco Agrario de Colombia“. Obtaining cash from an ATM with a foreign bank card also includes fees.



Charges and Payments
All room prices are shown also in US dollars. Please note this is for convenience only, all payments must be done in Colombian pesos (COP) or are converted by us at the hotel‘s exchange rate. To pay diving courses and other activities we prefer cash and accept US dollars and Colombian pesos. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Final payment of the entire cost is due the evening before departure. Taxes and gratuities are not included in any of our rates. All rates are subject to change.


Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your booking up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your payment, less a $150 administration fee.
- If you cancel your reservation between 60 and 31 days of your arrival date, 25% of your entire payment will be charged.
- The full amount of the reservation will be charged if we get your cancellation notice less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. The same procedure applies for no-shows.

Important advice: A number of credit cards carry automatic travel insurance for members and their families. If you are not covered against cancellation fees by a credit card, consider buying travel insurance.



Guests Responsibility
Guests are responsible for all rental equipment and damages must be reported immediately. Guests are fully liable for all damages and losses, however caused. Also guests are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and visitors. No increases in party size are permitted without our prior knowledge and approval.


Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In time: 2:00 pm / Check-Out time 11:00 am



General Information
Weekly reservations are preferred from Saturday to Saturday, however we will book shorter stays on all plans if possible. Please ask for your tailor made holiday. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
